Prawnmas Eve

So. The last night before going in for the induction.

Freaking out a little. Excited. Absolutely shitting myself. That's how it's supposed to go, right?

I just want to thank all of you ladies for your support on this journey. It's meant a lot to have it, especially from those of you who are still on the journey. Through my fear about what's to come, there is, of course, the memory of what Mr. DD and I have been through over the past 3 years to get to this point and my gratitude is overwhelming. It's my huge hope that I get to share your joy with you as well.

Fear not, I shall return soon with stories from the trenches.

Wish me luck.

Update from "Mr DD" - your hostess was induced at 2pm GMT. The description of how unpleasant the procedure was is far too blue to publish here. Poor old fruit.

I have been deployed to gather Cadbury's chocolate eclairs and must now return to the bedside.

Mr DD.

How a personal chocolate éclair fetcher!! Sounds like things are going well. And what a delightfully delicious last meal for the Prawn thru the ole cord. Good luck! See you on the other side...

I can't wait to hear how everything went!

Truly, I am so excited for you both.

If any Pregnant-After-Infertility-or-Loss-Blogger would like to take notes on the best way to blog about a pregnancy without alientating all of their still infertile readers....Then, I think they should come to YOU for lessons.

Really, you are one of the very few "pregnancy blogs" I could stomach from start to finish.

It has been delightful to read about your journey to this point, and I wish you nothing but the best for the future.

xx
