We got the house we wanted.
I've already got paint samples.

Woohoo! Homeownership is scary and fun. We bought our first house a year and a half ago and I must say that it makes one feel very grown up-ish.
What colour paint? It didn't take us long to learn that painting is the cheapest form of home improvement. Plus I am a sucker for paint names. Our renos have included:
Day Spa white in the bathroom.
Warm Sand in the Livingroom
Mountain sage in the bedroom and
Merlot in the basement....
